Whose products do we offer?
BreakdownRescue Ltd. offers two vehicle breakdown contracts.
What service will we provide for you?
You will not receive advice or a recommendation on any other kind of contract. However we will ask you questions to help us make a decision on the breakdown cover we offer and you may then make your own choice on how you wish to proceed.
Who regulates us?
BreakdownRescue Ltd is part of the NorCounty Insurance Services group of companies, Bridge House, West Drive, Oxenhope, West Yorkshire BD22 9LJ who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and the FSA Registration number is 312512.
What will you have to pay for our services?
The setting up of the contract and any subsequent vehicle changes are included within the quoted premium.
What kind of contract?
Your BreakdownRescue contract is an agreement to provide breakdown assistance and vehicle and passenger recovery services in certain circumstances. Please refer to the key facts and your certificate of cover for full details.
What to do if you have a complaint?
In the best of circumstances sometimes things go wrong and if this does happen with your cover arrangement we will make every effort to deal fairly and promptly with your enquiry.

What you need to know about the contract terms

The breakdown and recovery cover relates only to the vehicle you specify.
|

The contract is arranged for a 12 month period and is renewable on an annual basis.
|
|
•
|
Cover will commence 24 hours from the date of payment of your premium or some later date chosen by you.
|
|
•
|
Cover is provided through BreakdownRescue Ltd who act as your agents.
|
|
•
|
Driver – any driver holding a full British Driving Licence will be covered if driving with your permission.
|
|
•
|
Change of vehicle – you may change your car to another vehicle at any time within one period of cover without charge.
|
Cancellation
You may cancel at anytime by returning your documents to BreakdownRescue Ltd. at Bridge House, West Drive, Oxenhope, West Yorkshire BD22 9LJ. Your BreakdownRescue contract provides excellent cover at a very competitive price and should you choose to cancel your policy during the period of cover there is no return of premium. You may however substitute another car for the original vehicle at any time (see above).
