What to do in case of a claim under your policy
1. Download the claim form above or for immediate assistance ring our Claim Help Line 0845 365 1305 and you will be connected with our claims department.
2. We will ask you for your name and address, policy number and the make and model of your caravan.
3. If your caravan requires a recovery vehicle please inform our operator and give the location of the caravan.
4. We will arrange to move your caravan to safe storage and later to a professional coachbuilder for assessment.
5. Before parting with your caravan please remove all personal effects and if possible take these away with you.
6. Our policy covers emergency hotel costs and other expenses incurred as a consequence of the caravan incident. Please ask for help or guidelines.
7. If you have our Legal Protection Policy option you may be entitled to accommodation assistance. Please ask for help or guidance.
8. If we are able to approve emergency repair work we will inform you at the time of your call.
9. You have authority under your policy to instruct repair work up to £300 in total cost subject to the submission of a claim form. Evidence of this expense will be required and you are asked to keep any receipt estimate or account.
