Sometimes the unavoidable is going to happen and you are involved in an accident which is not your fault. At this point you would hope that your insurance will be sufficient to take care of everything, leaving you with little to do or pay. But this is not always the case.

Some items will not be insured and with the best will in the world, you are going to suffer some inconvenience and expense. These items are known as 'Uninsured Losses' and as the name implies they are your loss or responsibility.

Our Legal Protection Policy can be added to your regular CaravanRescue policy and will cover the cost of claiming uninsured losses from the responsible party. This can include:

•	Policy excess.
•	Loss of earnings.
•	Cost of a replacement vehicle and/or caravan whilst your own is off the road.
•	Out of pocket expenses.
•	Cost of repair to the towing car when it is insured for Third Party/Third Party Fire and Theft.
•	Recovery of compensation for personal injuries.

In addition to FULL LEGAL EXPENSE COVER for uninsured losses, your Legal Expense package will automatically include the following benefits

•	ONWARD TRAVEL: we will pay for you to be taken to your destination if the only driver is injured following a road accident.
•	OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION: if your car is immobilised following a road accident, we will pay for overnight accommodation of £50.00 per person, up to maximum of £300 per incident.
•	MEDICAL TRANSFER: emergency medical transfer in the UK to a hospital near home.
•	EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT STAY: For your immediate family you have cover up to £200 per person to pay for hotel visiting and overnight accommodation and we will pay up to £250 for transport costs of a relative to visit you.
